Foot & Ankle Associates of Maine, P.A. has been servicing the Mid Coast region for over the past 25 years. The practice is based on patient care and focuses on delivering comprehensive quality care for all conditions of the foot & ankle. Most insurance plans are accepted however, please note that some managed care plans may require a referral from your primary care physician for coverage.

Tendonitis

A tendon is the end part of a muscle that attaches the muscle to the bone. The normally very elastic and soft muscle tapers off at the end to form the much more dense and stiff tendon.
